Ultimate Crystal Awards ships most orders via UPS, unless otherwise requested. Orders are shipped FOB Garden Grove, CA. We can only guarantee the ship date of your order, but once the order leaves our facility, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping options available: UPS Ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day AM, Next Day Standard, and Next Day Saver.

Ground: 1-5 business days from shipping to delivery in the 48 contigous states (depending on shipping zone).

3-day Select: 3 business days from shipping to delivery in the 48 contiguous states only.

Air: 2nd Day, Next Day AM, Next Day Standard, Next Day Saver, and Saturday Delivery
